Data Protection
All information obtained during of the course of business will be held securely on file. Your personal details will not be provided to a third party. Truly Yours may market you from time to time. All data is collected and handled lawfully in accordance with the data protection act 1998.
Proofs
You will be sent a proof set of the stationary you ordered including insert for your viewing. It is your responsibility to check for any errors. The hard proof agreement will be enclosed this must be signed and returned so your order can be completed.
Cancellations
Orders cancelled after thehard copy has been dispatched will be charged at 50% of the order value. Orders cancelled after the hard copy hasbeen returned approved will be charged in full and the balance will be due immediately
Refunds and Faults
As all work carried out is bespoke and personalised Truly Yours doesn't refund or replace unwanted goods. In the unlikely event of faulty goods Truly Yours must be notified within 3 days from receipt of your stationary and should be returned in its original packaging. Upon inspection if the stationary is deemed to be faulty on the part of Truly Yours, The stationary will be corrected or replaced with the same. In the event that this is not possible Truly Yours reserves the right to offer a similar replacement or alternative.
In the unlikely event that the problem cannot be rectified you will be offered a refund. If you choose to keep the faulty goods then a 10% refund will be given.
If the stationary is faulty due to errors or omissions that were not spotted by the client on the hard copy proof Truly Yours is not liable. Replacement stationary would be atour discretionand charges would be based on time taken and costs incurred.
As Truly Yours stationary is handmade to order minor variations in colour, texture, size and positioning can occur and does not constitute a fault. Truly Yours can not be held responsible for the natural aging of the products again this does not constite a fault.
